Payment Method Accepted: Paypal, Bank Cheques and International money orders

Ordering: We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. All credit card payments will be verified and shipped only to the address of record provided by Paypal. Payment must be made in U.S. funds only. International orders shall have an accurate description of contents listed on label and all import or duty taxes shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is due within 10 days of ordering.

Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours Monday through Friday

Returns: Return authorization must be obtain prior to any acceptance of product returns. Requests must be made within 3 days of receipt. All return products must be mail insured with delivery confirmation. Items must be returned in their original state. No items will be credited for damage caused by application of testing acids, attempts to clean product; distortion, breakage, loss of stones or other parts. (If returning loose stones-all stones must be included) All items must be returned within 10 days of return authorization. Satisfaction Guaranteed

We cannot accept late returns or partial returns of sets. No refunds will be made on insurance or shipping fees.
